Well…where do I start?

I’m a conscious entrepreneur, visual facilitator, teacher, mental health advocate and unstoppable optimist with a inherit gift to see goodness lying dominant in everyone. I’m dedicated to helping black women who feel stuck, scattered and side-tracked to get back in the driver’s seat. I empower women to become unstoppable, and coach them through an illustrative process to re-assess/re-examine their lives to move confidently toward their desire future.

I'm also an only child who raised an only child. As a highly perceptive person, I can see through what people are trying not to say, mostly by their choice of words and my instincts. Even as a child, my intuition was spot on….I just didn’t know how to express it in way that it didn’t make people feel uncomfortable or hurt their person’s feelings…kids are honest to a default.

I was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. and currently residing in Tampa/St. Petersburg, Florida area living with my 4-month-old puppy schnauzer name Keke, my new lil bestie during the corona virus. Among my friends and family, I’m most well-known as the open-minded optimistic objective one who can see potential in everyone. I’m highly intuitive, empathetic and unabashedly real. It comes in handy when I coach women into the next level of their lives. My magic touch is in my willingness to share my own story of struggle and triumph, striking the perfect balance between BFF- like comfort and “Get-It-Done” professional.

My clients have included men and women from a broad range of backgrounds; from sexual assault survivors and fellow military veterans, to facilitating sexual assault stand-downs. I’ve offered strategy/balance scorecard review sessions, personal and professional development workshops for government employees, and teams for more than 20 years. By 2025, I am committed to inspiring, educating, and transforming 100,000 ambitious black women to focus on their future, break free of limiting beliefs, and explore their portal of infinite possibilities so they can create the future they desire.
